These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Pulse WP service, available at pulse-wp.com, published by Boris Chabirand.

Using the service constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
3. Service description
Pulse WP is an online audit tool for analyzing WordPress sites. It provides reports on security, performance, accessibility, and SEO (natural referencing) from a URL entered by the user.
4. Authorized use
The user expressly agrees to only analyze WordPress sites they own or for which they have explicit permission from the owner. Any use of the service for espionage, unauthorized collection of information, or preparation of cyberattacks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense.
5. User accounts
Some features require creating an account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all actions performed from their account.
6. Limitation of liability
Reports generated by Pulse WP are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an exhaustive security audit. The publisher does not guarantee the complete accuracy of results and cannot be held responsible for decisions made on their basis.
7. Service availability
The publisher strives to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance interruptions may occur without prior notice.
8. Modifications to the Terms
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
